This Light homemade Caesar Dressing is made with non-fat Greek yogurt and has no raw eggs in it.

Ingredients

large garlic cloves

Dijon mustard

Worcestershire sauce

non-fat Greek yogurt

extra virgin olive oil + 2 Tbsp

lemon juice

anchovy paste
or 1 anchovy fillet

Salt optional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except salt) in a blender and pulse several times, until all well blended and smooth.
Taste before deciding to all salt as anchovy paste is pretty salty.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
