Heavenly no-bake cheesecake dessert that hold all the delicious banana split flavors in it. Layers of graham cracker crumbs, strawberry and banana filled smooth cheesecake, banana pudding, and whipped topping.
BANANA SPLIT CHEESECAKE
Oh goodness, I have no words to describe this dessert other than “pure heaven!”
All this deliciousness is brought to you by a NEED to use extra bananas. When I sent my husband to the store, all I wanted was a couple of bananas for a smoothie. Apparently, the bananas looked too good and he came back with a whole big bunch of them. No matter how much I like bananas, I can’t eat them this fast and when they are perfectly ripe, there are only a couple of days left before they become over-ripe. So, I had to make some decisions quickly.
There is no better way to use up extra bananas than a luscious dessert. In the past, I would have made some banana bread or banana muffins but this time, I decided to go another way. I always keep some whipped topping in the freezer and cream cheese in the fridge, and when I realized that I also had a couple of packs of instant banana pudding, this dessert practically made itself. Banana bread stands no chance against this heavenly banana split treat!

I am actually in the process of making this right now. I read the comment above about adding pineapple and I had thought about that for A few days before I finally decided to make this dessert today, although I do not have any pineapples to do this today I did look up some things and as far as I can see there are no boxed pudding‘s that are pineapple flavor but I did Google pineapple pudding recipes and there’s a lot of them out there and they’re very simple to make. The one that was the easiest only had like three ingredients it was instant vanilla pudding, A can of crushed pineapple, drained, with the juice reserved, And whipping cream. You mix the pudding mix the liquid from the pineapples and the whipping cream together until well mixed and then fold in the crushed pineapple and refrigerate to set. That recipe was from a lady named Angela from food.com simply called pineapple pudding. I think the next time I make this dessert I will try out that pineapple pudding recipe instead of the banana pudding, but still incorporating the fresh bananas and strawberries like the above recipe calls for. Hopefully that helps Lyuba I know I’m years behind on my comment lol!!! So if anybody tries it out before I do let us all know How it worked out and how it taste.

Hi, have you ever added pineapple to it?
lyuba says
Hi Angie! I haven’t tried adding a pineapple to it but you can definitely try. Just make sure to squeeze the juice out because pineapple tends to be pretty juicy. (I mean the canned pineapple tends to be quite juicy.)

Thanks

Yes I did, drained pineapple bits mixed with cream cheese, topped the cream cheese mixture with bananas, then I layered the pouding, cool whip and put my strawberries on top drizzled with chocolate syrup.
