This is one amazing naan pizza. Fluffy naan bread topped with Mozzarella cheese and green peppers, baked and then topped with avocado, scallions and cilantro.
NAAN PIZZA
This is my new addiction for lunch!
Confession time…I made it three times last week! I just can’t get enough of this deliciousness. I love the soft, but crispy around the edges and on the bottom, naan that’s topped with gooey melted cheese and fresh veggies. All the flavors work wonderfully here. Fresh avocado, scallions and cilantro are always in perfect harmony together.
This pizza would be so fun for St. Patrick’s day too. If you prefer having “green” food and drinks without adding any food coloring, this is a perfect lunch to serve. Not to mention that this is a great way to eat some green veggies, which we all know are so good for you. Have a little fun with it too and try adding some thinly sliced zucchini, chopped broccoli or even asparagus.
So enjoy, have fun and eat green pizza!
(And I’m going to go make another one…)
