This is not only gorgeous but delicious cocktail, which is actually a sparkling martini! It’s called Flirtini and made with vanilla vodka, champagne and pineapple juice.

Pineapple Martini

This cocktail is just so “sunset at the beach,” every sip will make you believe that you are sitting in the sand with ocean breeze blowing in your hair, relaxing with a glassful of this summertime perfection!

I actually wanted to make this martini with pineapple vodka but for the life of me, I could not find any. I couldn’t believe that Total Wine, a giant spirits store, didn’t have any! Vanilla vodka worked very well but if you find pineapple vodka, use that!

Now, I bet you are wondering about the “Flirtini,” or you know exactly where this cocktail is from. This is actually a copycat champagne  cocktail that was mentioned in one of my favorite shows. It’s from Sex and the City!! I was watching the show the other day and that episode happen to come on. Once I heard this flavor combination in the cocktail, I couldn’t get it out of my head.

It’s also such a perfect cocktail for summertime parties…or just having a quiet night with friends.

Flirtini – what a clever name, Iyuba. Because I am huge fan of everything pineapple and it being my favorite fruit, I am going to try this out today. Not sure if I’ll use that much vodka but how about I cheat and add more pineapple juice?! Yep, i’ll let you know how it feels.

Flirtini sounds like my kind of martini!! I don’t have any vanilla vodka on hand, but I think I’m going to have to pick some up! Thank you for linking to my Coconut Key Lime Martini!

    1. If you usually don’t drink vanilla one, get one of those sample bottles 😉
      This martini is worth it!
      Thank you, Brandie!

  7. Marisa Franca @ All Our Way says:

They all look so good it would be hard which one to pick. I usually don’t drink “hard” liquor but I would certainly try these.

    1. I hope you give it a try, Marisa! It’s so summery and tasty!

  8. Erin @ The Spiffy Cookie says:

I own a bunch of martini glasses but I cannot recall the last time I actually made a martini. I’ve made all kinds of other mixed drinks though. Maybe it’s time to brush the dust off the martini glasses for this one.

    1. Those glasses need to be used, girl! Hope you make it and like it 🙂
