White Chocolate Mocha Martini is a beautiful dessert martini to enjoy on any special night. Heavenly flavor of this sweet martini comes from a perfect combination of white chocolate liqueur, Kahlua, and coffee.
White Chocolate Martini
Day two of countdown to New Year’s continues with White Chocolate Mocha Martini. Remember the Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur that I mentioned yesterday? I managed to save enough to make a wonderful dessert cocktail.
Before I give up the recipe, I wanted to share something. I wanted to share a little prank that my husband pulled on me. We had a pretty fun Christmas, fist at home with the three of us and then we went to see the family.
My husband thinks he’s a funny, funny guy and decided to toy with me, and on Christmas of all days. He had me open my present, while holding a camera in my face, and I open… a wallet! Not just any wallet, a shiny, ugly wallet that is not my taste at all. (The whole time he is filming me and giggling.)
Apparently, he tried finding the ugliest wallet he could, but they didn’t have very ugly ones. After enjoying the confused look on my face for a while, he did finally told me to look inside.
He was being tricky. Inside was a surprise day off that he planned so I could have some fun alone. He wrote me a poem describing my day of fun too. It was a long day of pampering and a little shopping at my favorite stores. Perfect mom’s day off.
This day of pampering had only one thing missing, a cocktail. I took care of that on my own and enjoyed every last sip of my chocolate martini.
Some more cocktails to try:
