Beautiful cocktail for all your holiday parties, brunches and dinners! Holiday Champagne Cocktail that’s made with homemade cranberry and pomegranate syrup.
I love cranberries, they are just so festive, pretty and tasty. Cranberries make beautiful decorations to add that special touch to your winter wonderland. I like making centerpieces with cranberries, they help set the holiday mood at the dinner table.
They add a nice touch to a party table, cocktail bar, punch bowls, and of course, strung with some pop corn on the Christmas tree. When I imagine holiday parties and family gatherings, I think of silver and white decor for Christmas and gold, orange and burlap for Thanksgiving. But both absolutely need that pop of deep red cranberry accents.
But the best part about cranberries is not the beautiful touch they add to the decorating but how tasty they are in some baked goods and sweet treats.
Cranberry breads, cakes, scones and muffins fill houses with holiday smells all season long. Cranberry treats are a must and they truly do make you feel like holidays are here. I check the stores for fresh cranberries starting in October and as soon as I can get my hand on these berries, I feel like the holiday season has arrived.
This year, it seemed to take a little longer for cranberries to get to the stores and as soon as I saw some, I grabbed 3 bags right away. I already made some delicious waffles for little guy, Cranberry French Toast and some Cranberry White Chocolate Muffins. Hubs and I already enjoyed some Cranberry Sangria as well. For Thanksgiving, I usually make some scones or sweet bread as a brunch treat.
For all of your holiday entertaining needs, you will want to prepare this Cranberry Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail. It’s very simple to make and special enough to serve at your Thanksgiving gatherings.
