Soft Chocolate Cookies filled with raw Cookies Dough. These soft cookie sandwiches are inspired by Oreo cookies but filled with raw cookie dough. This recipe for cookies dough does not contain raw egg so it is safe to eat.
Cookie Dough Chocolate Cookies
Have you every thought about what an Oreo cookie might taste like filled with cookie dough instead of cream?
No? I must be the only one who thinks of crazy things like that.
This cookie was actually inspired by my son who always has to try cookie dough and batter while I’m baking. If you’re like him and just love raw cookie dough, this treat will be perfect for you.
I always question whether it’s safe to try the raw cookie dough and raw batter because it contains uncooked eggs. So, I always tell him to only had a tiny little taste.
With this cookie dough, you can go bananas! Eat all you want but you may want to save enough to add to the cookies because these chocolate cookie sandwiches are amazing combined with the cookie dough.

Oh, you always make this sooooo hard, Lyuba! The ‘fight’ looks amazing … so many ooey-gooey yummy-looking treats that just NEED to be tried. Even though one of my creations is included on Team Oreo, I {reluctantly} have to cast my vote for Team Cookie Dough. Love ‘the fight!’
