Buffalo Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
for one salad…
3 chicken tenders
3-4 tbs wing sauce (winger)
3 cups of chopped lettuce
1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tbs shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbs crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 tbs ranch dressing
Directions:
~First of all, on my Buffalo Chicken Nachos post, several of you asked me about the wing sauce…this is the one I like:
1. Cook the chicken tenders is a small skillet. Half way through add the wing sauce and cook until completely done
2. Shred the chicken tenders with 2 forks
3. Layer all ingredients in the large plate
Enjoy!!!
