Peach Cobbler as a coffee flavor?! Bold…but true

When I was trying the new Peach Cobbler coffee flavor, I got in a mood for some jam filled pastry. I made delicious puff pastry with cream cheese and jam filling.

These little pastries are perfect to make in the morning and you can same them for the next couple of days. They are also versatile and you can fill them with any flavor or jam. You can even make an assortment of flavors in one batch. Since I was having peach cobbler coffee, I used peach jam in my pastry.

Don’t be intimidated by this braided little beauties. They are very easy to make. All you have to do is cut your puff pastry square in 4 squares. Then make about 1-inch cuts along two opposite sides all the way down, about 1/2 inch in thickness. You will fill the center with cream cheese and jam and braid the edges over the filling. That’s it, easy-pease!

While I enjoy making puff pastry at home, I also enjoy the shortcut sometimes. Lyuba, this looks so delicious (as do all your treats!) I’m so glad we’re not neighbors. I’d be 500 lbs. of happy-chubby-Lyuba’s kitchen-loving me.

    1. Haha, see, if we were, I would have someone to share it all with!
      Thank you!

  4. Gloria // Simply Gloria says:

I’m loving how gorgeous and easy these pastry beauties are, Lyuba! I’d have a hard time choosing between the three choices of ground coffee. But, to be honest, because of your Coconut Crusted Stuffed French toast, I think of you every time I see the word coconut. So, I guess I’d really pick the coconut flavor… hehe! (All) my boys are flavored coffee drinkers. (Yes, I’m that kind of mom!) But, they’d really dig all of these flavors. 😉

    1. Thank you so much, Gloria!! I’m so happy you loved my French Toast 🙂
