I made my Turtle Chocolate Dip Recipe using Hershey’s™ Spreads as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars. All the opinions and photographs are my own! #SpreadPossibilities #HersheysHeroes
Chocolate lovers beware!! Hershey’s® are after you with new chocolate spreads that will make your taste buds sing! I made something with it that will not only make you sing, it will make you dance! Dance at all the parties you will be throwing this holiday season and serving this amazing chocolate dip. Your guests will do a happy dance too after trying it!
New Hershey’s™ Spreads are so yummy (Hello, it’s chocolate!) and perfect to incorporate into entertaining recipes. Hershey’s™ Spreads come in 3 flavors: Chocolate, Chocolate with Almond & Chocolate with Hazelnut. They are soft and easy to mix in or spread on fruit and cookies. You can see how easy it is to create a dip from heaven with this spread!
This chocolate dip will be the hit of your party! It is so soft, light and creamy. Caramel and chocolate are meant to be together for the flavor perfection and pecans are just a “cherry on top.” It will be a hit with you as well because it’s so easy to make.
I recommend that you have an array of dippers. Cut us some apples, strawberries and bananas. Put out some sugar cookies or animal crackers. The best dipper I found to be salted pretzels. Stay with me… salted pretzel is a great addition to this dessert dip. Chocolate and caramel goes perfectly with saltiness of the pretzel. Trust me!
- 8 oz of cream cheese
- 10 oz Hershey's™ Chocolate Spread of your choice (I used plain chocolate)
- 1 cup of caramel bits
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- Dulce de leche for drizzle
- Cream the cream cheese and chocolate spread in a bowl of your electric mixer, on medium speed for a couple of minutes.
- Fold in the caramel bits and pecans.
- Split the dip between serving bowls and drizzle with some Dulce de leche.
- You can garnish with a few pecans as well.
- Serve with fruit, cookies and/or salted pretzels.
