Nutella Brownies with Hazelnuts

I know my Facebook friends have been waiting on this recipe since yesterday. You guys are so patient!
I made these awesome brownies yesterday and after the first bite, I was in trouble.
Making these brownies filled the entire apartment with incredible smells. Then, like any other blogger, I set off to take the pictures before I let anyone try the brownies. When I was done, I put one brownie in my mouth, as I dragged the equipment and props back to the kitchen. I stopped dead in the middle of the living room, as my taste buds got to the brownie. Oh…My…Gaaaa…seriously, foodgasm! Just as I took another bite, the little guy grabbed the brownie from my hand.
I was putting everything away in the kitchen and heard “mmmm”… “mmmm”… “mmmm”. I turned around to see the little guy standing there taking bites of the brownie and going “mmm” after each bite. SO CUTE and very flattering because he doesn’t usually do that. I hear “yummy” all the time but never just “mmmm”!
That’s big!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of Nutella
1 stick of butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup of white granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup of hazelnuts

Directions:

1.Preheat the oven to 325. Line a 13×9 baking pan with foil and grease.

2. In a small sauce pot, melt the butter and whisk in Nutella until all combined and smooth.

3. Pour the sugars into a mixing bowl, slowly add the Nutella mixture. Whisk together very well.

4. Make sure that the mixture is not too hot and add the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition.

5. Whisk in the vanilla, flour and salt until smooth.

6. Mix in the hazelnuts and transfer the mixture into the lined baking pan.

7. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Enjoy!!

  1. [...] Ergo: Den her ligner min. [...]
