It seems like I’ve been in “Back to School” spirit lately. To some it may seem a little too soon, but I like to be prepared. I have some back to school crafts lined up and getting some food ideas too.
One of the reasons for my “back to school” mood is something that I did today! Want to guess??
I registered for my classes!! I’m a little nervous but I think I will kick butt! So, Advanced Methods of Criminological Research and Homeland Security…bring it!! I can’t wait to go out and shop for school supplies, for myself this time!
I was grocery shopping the other day and I was thinking of something to get that could be an easy snack or something I can use as easy treats. I came up with this awesome pudding/peach treats. The best part is that it can be made in small cups with lids for lunch boxes or to take with you in a movie theater instead of candy.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of vanilla pudding
1 tbs Dulche De Leche
1/2 cup Del Monte Peach Fruit Cup
Whipped cream, for topping
Sliced Almonds, for topping
Directions:
-This is as easy as it gets! Just layer your ingredients and grab a spoon!!

Speaking of movies. Are you guys excited about the Diary of a Wimpy Kid coming out this week? I know, we are. I’ve seen the previews dozens of times and I giggle every time! It will be fun!

Del Monte and Diary of a Wimpy Kid are putting together a picture contest on Facebook. It’s not a usual contest you that you might guess. To enter the contest, you have to draw yourself and/or your family in a DOAWK style and submit it along with your picture. The contest will be starting this week on the Del Monte Facebook page.
I will be submitting one of the two pictures below. One picture was drawn by my hubby and the other one by me. I will not tell you who did which picture.

I need to make this for my gang, diabetics that LOVE peaches! I need to find where I can get some Dulce De Leche, I always forget to look for it, lol.
