I just had to share this with you!!
Last week, I made the Cereal Bars and I had to make a chocolate drizzle. I had some leftover and I was playing around with dipping stuff in chocolate. I made chocolate covered pretzels, that I will share later. I still had some chocolate left, so I was searching the cabinets for more stuff to dip into it. I had a bag of marshmallows, so I thought “why not?”!!
It turned out so good!!
Ingredients:
1 cup of mini marshmallows
3 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 tbs butter
toothpicks
Directions:
1. Cut the chocolate into chunks. Melt the chocolate and butter over medium heat in a small sauce pot. Mixing constantly.
2. Cool a little so you don’t burn yourself.
3. Spear the marshmallows onto the toothpicks.
4. Dip the marshmallows into chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip off.
5. Place the dipped marshmallows onto the parchment paper.
6. Cool until the chocolate hardened.
Enjoy!!
