TCBY English Toffee Crunch Brownie Sundae (Relax!) #TCBYGrocery

Did you guys know that April is a Stress Awareness month? I didn’t but now I do. Who knows more about stress than mothers? Common mommies….let me hear you say “No One”!!! I’m pretty sure that we, moms, already know all there is to know about stress…so lets see how we can relax a little bit.
My best friend, my dear Barbie (that’s my nickname for her) came to see me today!! Yippee!! Little man and I were very excited since we haven’t seen her in about 2 months. Funny how we don’t see each other much, even though we live only an hour away from each other. Having busy lives doesn’t help. Having kids and throwing some jobs on top does not leave much time to get out. We actually have a girl’s night a few times a year. She and I try to get out on a weekend night and meet half way for a couple of martinis and some girl talk. Even more rarely we get to go over each other’s houses.
So you can see why I was so excited that she was coming to see me. I thought I’d go shopping, and get us something fun for a special occasion like that. I was already planning on making her some stuffed mushrooms (recipe to come), since she likes them so much, but I needed something for dessert. I decided to make some yummy brownie sundaes.

While we were waiting on the brownies to cool down, for me to make sundaes, we went to the yard to take some pictures. It was so nice out, a perfect low 80s, for Florida its very nice and unusual. It was really really nice and relaxing, I could probably sit there for hours talking.
Isn’t she pretty?

I’m very happy that we got to see each other, to catch up on the news and to have some fun. Can’t wait to see her again next week at her birthday party! Two times in one month! Wow, that’s rare :)
Here is a very easy and delicious Brownie Sunday Recipes:

Ingredients:
Ghirardelli Chocolate Supreme Brownie Mix (I recommend this one because it’s the best box brownies mix that I’ve tried)
TCBY English Toffee Crunch frozen yogurt (complements the brownie perfectly)
Whipped Cream
Chocolate syrup
Caramel syrup

Directions:
1. Make the brownies according to the package specifications. Cool Completely.

2. Top  a brownie square off with ice cream.

3. Drizzle chocolate and caramel syrup.
4. Add some whipped cream and viola!!!

Enjoy!!
