While roaming around at some parties, I’ve stumbled upon this amazing recipe at In The Loop. The words “Reuben” and “Pizza” in the same phrase made me drool instantaneously! I ran out the next say and got all needed ingredients to make this.

Hubby and I enjoyed her Reuben Pizza very much! This is definitely a recipe I will be making over and over!
Ingredients:
Pillsbury Pizza Dough (just because I like it
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/2 lb thinly sliced Corned beef
1/2 cup Sauerkraut
about 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400
2. Roll out the pizza dough thin, pre-bake the dough for 4-5 minutes
3. Spread the dressing evenly
4. Spread the chopped Corned beef
5. Spread the Sauerkraut
6. Cover with Swiss cheese evenly
7. Bake for 13-15 minutes depending on how crispy you like your pizza
