The days that my husband works evening shifts I take advantage of that by making my little man and me stuff that my husband does not eat. Usually I make seafood, veggies or both! This salad was very fast, easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
2 cups of broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup crumbled cheddar cheese
For dressing:
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp sugar
1 tbs red wine vinegar
Directions:
1. Combine all salad ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. In a separate small bowl combine mayo, sugar and vinegar. Mix well
3. Mix in the dressing into the salad. Mix well.
