Gotta love having to get rid of bananas that are getting ripe too fast and no one is eating them. Best way is to ….BAKE SOMETHING!! And I did…

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 ripe large, mashed well (about 1-1/2 cups)
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners
2. Combine your large ingredients in the bowl, mix together
3. Beat butter and sugar well. Add eggs and vanilla, beat for less then a minute
4. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients

5. Add 2 mashed bananas and beat for a little less then a minute

6. Fold in the third mashed banana and chocolate chips

7. Divide the dough equally into the 12 muffin pan cups

8. Bake for 20-25 minutes

9. Cool for about 15-20 minutes

Enjoy!!
