This is another walk on my memory lane!! My mom used to make it when I was a little girl and recently I got the recipe from her. I did not realize just how easy this recipe is! Try is…you won’t regret it!
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2-3 Granny Smith apples (depending on the size)
Directions:
~Pre-heat the oven to 350 and great a 9×13 inch pan
1. Beat eggs with sugar for a couple of minutes
2. Add salt and flour and mix well
3. Skin the apples and cut then into 1/4 inch cubes
4. Add the apples to the batter
5. Mix well, pour into the pan and spread well
6. Bake for 20 minutes…do a toothpick check and if not ready bake for a 5-10 more minutes.
Enjoy!
